摘要：

水孔蛋白是水专一性通道蛋白,属于膜内在主体蛋白,普遍存在于动、植物及微生物中。其种类繁多、分布广泛,与植物体内水分的快速、高效运输密切相关。就水孔蛋白的发现、结构、类型、分布、生化特性、调节和功能与植物的水分运输进行简单综述。
