摘要：

音乐研究已成为神经科学领域的课题。历史上失乐症病人提示了音乐能力与特殊脑区之间的关系。运用新的技术方法,尤其是功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技术,已经对正常人的音乐能力、音乐家的特殊音乐才能、音乐的情绪效应等方面的神经基础有了一定的认识。进一步理解音乐现象的神经基础必将在许多方面推进人类对自身大脑的认识。
