创新社区中用户创新的创新效应及意见探究:以海尔HOPE创新平台为例

摘要
基于用户创新理论和消费者行为理论,评估用户创新和传统创新这两种不同创新方式的创新效应。以海尔开放创新平台为研究案例,采用网络志以及实验法,检验了上述两种创新方式对消费者购买意愿的影响,并探究产品的复杂程度以及消费者对企业创新水平认知的差异对创新效应的调节作用。研究结果表明,与传统创新方式相比,用户创新更能够显著提高消费者的购买意愿,而产品的复杂程度越高反而会削弱用户创新的创新效应。
