<正>孤啡肽(orphanin FQ,OFQ),又称痛敏素(nociceptin),一般将孤啡肽称为N/OFQ,其受体称为NOP是1994年发现的"阿片样孤儿受体(opioid-likeorphanin receptor1,ORL1)"的内源性配体,是1995年发现的一种神经肽。目前研究提示,N/OFQ在抑郁症的病理生理
