摘要：

农产品物流在我国取得了前所未有的飞速发展,受到各级政府的高度重视。但我国农产品物流存在的诸多问题极大地影响了农产品物流持续健康发展,从而导致我国农产品物流企业很难与发达国家相抗衡。正确分析农产品物流企业核心竞争力,对于培育和增强农产品物流企业核心竞争力具有重要的实际意义。本文在对农产品物流企业核心竞争力进行界定的基础上,从服务力、创新力、管理力、营销力和文化力五个方面分析了农产品物流企业核心竞争力的构成要素,构建了农产品物流企业"五力"钻石模型。
