剪切波弹性成像测量正常回结肠肠壁硬度

摘要
目的探讨剪切波弹性成像(SWE)检查肠壁硬度的可行性。建立正常肠壁剪切波杨氏模量的参考值范围。方法经腹测量160例结肠镜下正常肠段杨氏模量平均值,比较不同性别、年龄组、部位之间杨氏模量值的差异。结果正常肠壁弹性值平均值(6.38±1.35)kPa。不同性别、年龄组与部位间杨氏模量值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论实时剪切波弹性成像可用于评估肠壁的硬度。
