企业创新网络对新产品开发项目绩效的影响:创新资源的中介作用

摘要：

利用来自某大型企业集团新产品开发项目组的161份调查数据,探讨了企业创新网络、创新资源、新产品开发项目绩效之间的关系。通过回归分析的验证,发现:企业创新网络与创新资源存在显著的正相关关系;创新资源在企业创新网络与新产品开发项目绩效的关系中,起到了中介作用;对于不同的企业创新网络维度而言,创新资源所起的中介作用是有差异的。
