摘要：

应用抗Leu系列鼠抗人总T细胞、辅助性T细胞、抑制性T细胞及B细胞表面抗原的单克隆抗体,以免疫过氧化物酶技术之一——ABC法检测56例正常国人外周血中以上淋巴细胞亚群的分布。本文详细介绍了实验方法,指出这一方法兼具单克隆抗体特异性强和ABC法敏感性高的特点,但也存在非特异性染色等影响,并讨论了消除这些影响的措施。
