分子诊断技术在传染病病原体检测中的应用

摘要
传染病病原体的准确检测是传染病有效防控的前提,也是合理用药的基础。然而,传统的病原体分离、培养等诊断方法不能完全满足临床治疗和疾病控制的需要。新发展的传染病分子诊断技术可有效弥补传统方法的不足。本文就新一代测序、核酸扩增、生物芯片和生物传感等传染病分子诊断新技术及其应用研究进展进行综述。
