糖尿病病人健康价值与生活方式的相关性研究

摘要：

目的 :指导临床护士为糖尿病病人进行健康教育 ,促进糖尿病病人的健康生活方式 ,提高其生活质量。方法 :采用随机抽样法对糖尿病病人进行问卷调查 ,以明确其健康价值、生活方式水平及二者之间的关系。结果 :5 4 .2 %的病人有高水平的健康价值 ,6 1.1%的病人生活方式水平好。病人的健康价值与生活方式呈显著正相关关系 (r=0 .8386 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :提高糖尿病病人对健康的认识及健康价值的水平 ,能促使他们采取有利于糖尿病控制的健康生活方式 ,从而延缓糖尿病的慢性并发症的发生和发展 ,提高生活质量。
