健康人力资本投资、身高与工资报酬——对12城市住户调查数据的实证研究

摘要：

文章利用上海等12城市住户调查数据,运用OLS和工具变量法对拓展的Mincer工资方程的回归结果表明,身高对男性和女性劳动者工资报酬均有显著的积极影响。回归分析还表明,身高与劳动者青少年时期的营养和卫生保健状况显著相关。这意味着,加强青少年营养和卫生保健等健康人力资本投资,能够提高其成年后的身高和生产率,并带来丰厚的劳动力市场回报。
