<正> 通过转录因子调节新膜免疫系统的各种细胞因子的基因表达来治疗炎症性疾病显得越来越重要,对于炎症性肠病(IBD)的治疗也不例外。本文就核因子kappaB(nuclear factor,NF-кB)与炎症性肠病的关系作了综述。
