钛合金表面纳米氧化锌薄膜制备及抗菌性研究

摘要
目的研究医用钛合金表面纳米氧化锌薄膜的制备及其抗菌性。方法二水合醋酸锌溶于无水乙醇中,利用溶胶-凝胶法在钛合金表面制备纳米氧化锌薄膜,并检测其抗菌性。结果采用溶胶-凝胶法在钛合金表面可成功制备纳米氧化锌薄膜,且薄膜对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率达到92.2.%和91.4%。结论通过在医用钛合金表面制备纳米氧化锌涂层,达到良好抗菌效果。
