利用疝区皮肤软组织蒂瓣修复腹壁巨大切口疝6例获得成功,随访2～7年无复发。详细介绍了手术设计、操作方法及注意事项。采用疝区皮肤软组织为修补材料,切取方便、简单。本手术方法更适用于基层医院。
