慢性脑灌流不足大鼠缺氧诱导因子-1α与血管内皮生长因子的表达

摘要
目的:观察大鼠在慢性脑灌流不足状态下缺氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达,探讨慢性脑灌流不足的代偿与适应机制。方法:本研究采用永久性双侧颈总动脉结扎(2VO)制备动物模型;运用Westem印迹检测2 VO后1d和6周时HIF-1α和VEGF的表达。结果:海马HIF-1α和VEGF蛋白表达水平1d即上升,6周时进一步升高。结论:慢性脑灌流不足时HIF-1α和VEFG表达上调,可能参与了慢性脑灌流不足的代偿与适应机制。
