双侧上肢训练在脑卒中患者康复中应用的研究进展

摘要
<正>偏瘫是脑卒中患者最常见的功能障碍,大约有30%—36%的患者在脑卒中后6个月遗留上肢功能障碍[1],给患者生活带来很多不便。手的功能很精细,这也是训练很难达到理想效果的一个原因。最近研究表明,双侧上肢训练对于脑卒中患者的上肢功能,尤其中到重度偏瘫的患者,比常用的训练方法疗效更好,其原理还未完全明了。目前国内的相关报道较少[2],本文就双侧上肢训练方法及其相关机制作一综述。
