<正>骨性关节炎(OA)在病理上主要表现为关节软骨的退变及降解,尽管这种软骨退变和降解的具体机制还不是十分明确,但大多数学者均认为各种细胞因子和炎性介质在其中起着至关重要的作用,其中白细胞介素(IL)-1β、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、前列腺素(PGE)-2是参与软骨退变及降解并引起OA症状的最重要的细胞因子〔1～3〕。本研究探讨IL-1β、TNF-α和PGE-2
