摘要：

将邯钢经验与CIM哲理相结合 ,在流程工业CIMSERP/MES/PCS三层体系结构的基础上 ,结合邯钢的实际生产经营活动 ,设计了具有邯钢特色的以财务管理为中心、成本控制为主线的计算机集成制造系统 ,开拓了企业管理新概念 ,实现了信息流、物流、资金流的集成 ,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益
