核心肌力训练在康复医学中的意义

摘要
核心肌在运动中的角色越来越被重视。核心肌群被认为是加固脊柱和人体稳定性的肌肉束身带。核心肌力训练的意义远超过单纯的躯干肌力训练,而是包括了稳定性,运动控制,抗干扰性,协调性等诸多因素的参与。根据核心肌肉的运动解剖结构和菌能合理地训练它,无论是针对健康群体的健身训练还是对需要康复治疗的病人都能达到理想的目标,意义深远。
