工业TiOSO4液复合模板合成有序介孔TiO2

摘要
以工业TiOSO4液为钛源,复合模板剂EO20PO70EO20(P123)和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为结构导向剂,在超分子自组装诱导作用下,控制溶液pH值调控TiOSO4液的水解缩聚速率,使水合二氧化钛均匀沉积于复合模板剂形成的胶束上,经煅烧脱模后制得有序介孔TiO2。在高极性的水溶液中,P123降低了CTAB非极性头基间的排斥作用,复合模板通过与TiO2无机前体自组装形成有序介孔结构。合成产物采用SEM、TEM、电子衍射、XRD及等温N2吸附等进行分析表征。结果表明:介孔TiO2有序度高,孔道分布窄,呈六方排列,平均孔径3.0 nm,比表面积132.6 m2/g,孔隙率36%,孔容0.19 cm3/g;孔壁晶化为锐钛型,经450℃煅烧脱模后晶粒长大,晶粒尺寸为14.22 nm,基本粒子大小介于30~70 nm之间,并团聚为类球形颗粒。
