摘要：

植物内生菌是一类重要的微生物资源,具有丰富的生物多样性。内生菌与宿主植物在长期共进化过程中,形成了密切的互惠共生关系,更为重要的是内生菌可以产生一系列的抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗虫等多种生物活性物质,在医药、农业、工业等领域具有重要的应用价值。
