病毒性肝炎患者血清IL-12及IL-18水平变化的研究

摘要
为探讨病毒性肝炎和肝炎后肝硬化患者血清中IL - 12、IL - 18的变化规律及其临床意义 ,应用ELISA法测定血清中IL - 12及IL - 18含量。各组肝炎及肝硬化患者IL - 12及IL - 18水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1) ,以重型肝炎组水平最高。重型肝炎死亡病例IL - 12及IL - 18明显高于生存组 (P <0 0 1)。IL - 12和IL- 18与AST、ALT及TBil正相关 ,且IL - 12与CⅣ及HA水平正相关。IL - 12、IL - 18可能参与了病毒性肝炎和肝炎后肝硬化患者的肝脏炎性损伤过程 ,重型肝炎患者联合检测血清IL - 12及IL - 18有助于判断其预后。
