摘要：

左乙拉西坦是一种新型抗癫药物,由于其不良反应少、安全性高,已广泛应用于儿童局灶性及全面性癫的治疗。本文对左乙拉西坦在儿童癫及儿童癫综合征中单药及添加使用的疗效及安全性做一综述。
