摘要：

美国的标准化教育改革并非仅仅是一种联邦的行为,企业参与也是这场改革运动的主要特点之一。"全国教育高峰会议"的召开标志着企业参与的开端,而之后相关国家教育政策的制定和标准化测试以及问责制度的实施则意味着企业参与对于标准化教育改革影响的全面深化。然而,企业参与背后的"市场逻辑"在美国标准化教育改革的过程中也受到了多方批判。借鉴美国经验,我国一方面应进一步保障企业在教育改革中的作用和地位,形成更为有效的教育治理体系;另一方面,应关注企业参与背后"市场逻辑"可能造成的弊端,以确保我国教育事业的根本性质和应有属性。
