CAFTA对中国各省份向东盟出口农产品的影响

摘要：

本文利用改进后的引力模型,分析中国14个省份对东盟农产品出口情况,结果显示,东盟GDP对中国各省份农产品出口产生促进作用,中国各省份GDP对农产品出口的影响则有正有负;距离对不同省份的影响不同;东盟关税税率的下降对大多数省份农产品出口起到正相关作用;各省份农产品平均贸易成本以及东盟农产品平均贸易成本的变化对各省份向东盟出口农产品的影响不同;从省份角度而言,CAFTA仅对部分省份农产品出口产生正向作用,而从区域角度而言,CAFTA对中部区域的影响为正,对于西部和邻近区域的影响为负,对于东部地区的影响不明显。不管从省份角度还是从区域角度,WTO对于绝大多数省份农产品出口产生了正向作用,CAFTA对双方农产品贸易的作用明显弱于WTO。
