文章综述了人类肠道菌群的形成机制及其抗感染和免疫调控功能,剖宫产对肠道菌群形成的影响以及新生儿感染、过敏的风险。介绍并评价了益生菌和益生原对剖宫产新生儿感染和过敏反应的治疗、预防作用。
