摘要：

系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种典型的系统性自身免疫性疾病,本文系统总结了SLE目前的实验室诊断方法,包括常规检查和免疫系统检查等,其中常规检查有血常规、尿液、血沉和血清CRP检查;免疫系统检查有免疫球蛋白、补体、抗DNA抗体、抗组蛋白抗体、抗u1RNP抗体、抗Sm抗体、抗SSB/La、抗Ha抗体、抗rRNP抗体检测等。
