<正>炎症性肠病（IBD）是一种慢性非特异性的肠道炎症性疾病,病情反复、迁延,有一定致残率和病死率,对患者的生活质量影响较大,所造成的社会经济负担重[1-2]。为了提高对IBD患者的服务质量,特别是难治性IBD患者,国内多家医疗机构先后成立了IBD诊治中心。多数诊治中心构建了
