<正>老年股骨颈骨折患者逐年增多并大多伴有内科疾病,如糖尿病、脑血管疾病、心血管疾病,骨折的不愈合率很高,股骨头坏死率也很高〔1〕。如何尽快促进这些患者的康复,减少并发症出现是值得关注的问题。我院应用骨水泥型人工双动股骨头置换术治疗75岁以上老年性股骨颈骨折,随访时间2年以上,临床效果满意,也出现一些并发症,有一定的经验和教训。
