摘要：

本文采用专利h-指数,对世界500强中的信息通讯技术领域的典型公司的专利进行了评价,结果表明专利h-指数是一项很好的评价专利质量的指标。进一步通过将500强公司与中国信息通讯技术领域申请专利量最多的4家公司进行比较,发现了我国企业与跨国公司在专利质量方面存在的明显差距,进而提出了相关的建议。
