健运脾胃法干预老年肌肉衰减综合征之机理探讨

摘要：

原发性老年肌肉衰减综合征(Sarcopenia)是一种随年龄增加以骨骼肌质量下降和骨骼肌力量下降或功能下降为主要特征退行性综合征。骨骼肌蛋白质代谢是肌肉衰减综合征(Sarcopenia)发生重要原因,PI3K/Akt信号通路是影响骨骼肌蛋白质代谢诸多因素诱发细胞内信号的汇聚点。中医学认为"脾胃虚损,气血不足"是Sarcopenia主要原因,研究表明健运脾胃、补益气血可有效干预Sarcopenia。以m TOR和NF-KB的共同调控点PI3K/Akt信号通路为切入点,运用分子生物学等技术,研究健运脾胃针刺法对Sarcopenia细胞信号相关蛋白及其底物基因及蛋白表达的内在联系和反馈机制,探讨健运脾胃针刺法干预PI3K/Akt信号通路,调节骨骼肌蛋白质代谢在Sarcopenia中作用机制,证明m TOR和NF-KB分子转导作为改善Sarcopenia新靶点的可行性,为筛选干预PI3K/Ak信号转导而改善Sarcopenia的针刺方法提供可靠实验手段和理论依据,为丰富Sarcopenia发生机制与治法理论提供新方法。
