摘要：

多囊卵巢综合征是育龄女性常见的内分泌疾病,但临床医生普遍认识不足。目前,多个国家和地区纷纷报道多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)临床症状存在种族差异性。本文通过对国内外多囊卵巢综合征流行病学调查的相关文献进行收集、整理、归纳和分析,得出中国PCOS人群临床征象不同于欧美国家。文章对关于PCOS诊断标准的研究进行了较系统的综述,并初步提出符合中国人口患病特征的PCOS诊断标准的建议:表现月经异常的稀发排卵或无排卵;促黄体生成素(LH)和卵泡刺激素(FSH)比例升高;超声卵巢呈多囊卵巢(PCO)改变。
