左旋多巴对帕金森病大鼠血清兴奋性氨基酸及抗氧化指标的影响

摘要
目的 研究左旋多巴对帕金森病 (PD)大鼠血清兴奋性氨基酸含量及部分抗氧化指标的影响。方法 应用 6 羟基多巴胺 (6 OHDA)制备部分和严重损毁的PD大鼠模型 ,给两种模型大鼠连续服用不同剂量左旋多巴 /苄丝肼 3个月 ,利用高压液相色谱 紫外检测仪测定大鼠血清谷氨酸、谷氨酰胺和天门冬氨酸的含量 ,采用生化法测定PD大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛、谷胱甘肽 (GSH)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的水平。结果 左旋多巴可使严重损毁组大鼠的血清天门冬氨酸水平明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而谷氨酸、谷氨酰胺水平无明显改变。使用左旋多巴后血清超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛及谷胱甘肽水平无明显改变 ,而小剂量左旋多巴组大鼠血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平显著升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 长期使用左旋多巴对PD模型大鼠可能有兴奋毒性作用 ,而小剂量左旋多巴可能对机体抗氧化GSH系统有促进作用
