子宫内膜异位症——一种干细胞疾病?

摘要：

子宫内膜异位症发病机制的学说众多,最近临床基础研究提示,在位子宫内膜干细胞可能是内异症发生的重要因素:在位子宫内膜基底层的干/祖细胞异常脱落进而逆流入盆腔,在局部微环境的刺激诱导下进入增殖、分化程序最终发展为子宫内膜异位病灶,即内异症根本上起源于在位内膜干细胞。
