摘要：

慢性肝脏疾病与肠道菌群的改变息息相关。越来越多的研究表明,肠道菌群的变化在肝脏炎症反应过程中发挥关键作用。肠道微生物的产生能够激活体内免疫系统,导致促炎症基因的表达,进而促进慢性肝脏疾病的发生,其中包括病毒性肝炎、酒精性肝病、非酒精性脂肪性肝病、肝硬化等。其并发症有全身性菌血症、肝性脑病、自发性细菌性腹膜炎及肾功能衰竭,已严重威胁到人类的健康。因此,肠道菌群的改变与慢性肝脏疾病之间的关系受到广泛关注,改善肠道微生态系统已经成为治疗慢性肝病的重要手段。
