摘要
采用文献资料方法 ,论述了运动预防绝经后骨质疏松的可行性 ,比较了不同运动对绝经后骨质的影响 ,并就运动防治绝经后骨质疏松研究中存在的问题、解决的方法及其研究发展方向进行了探讨
