摘要：

本文以条约与国内法关系的基本理论为线索 ,分析了美国、欧共体及其成员国和日本等其他国家关于执行TRIPs协定的理论与实践。在分析了TRIPs协定特点的基础上 ,对我国在成为WTO成员国之后将如何执行协定提出了对策。
