摘要：

核酸序列分析技术在昆虫系统发育与区系研究中的应用较为广泛。根据近期国内外的研究,详述核糖体DNA(rDNA)序列,线粒体DNA(mtDNA)序列以及其他较保守基因序列在昆虫系统发育与区系研究中的应用。
