腰椎旁肌脂肪浸润与椎间盘退变及年龄的相关性研究

摘要
目的使用m-DIXON Quant技术定量评估椎旁肌脂肪含量,探讨腰椎旁肌脂肪含量与椎间盘退变及年龄的相关性。方法 105名志愿者行常规磁共振检查及m-DIXON Quant序列扫描,评估L3/4、L4/5、L5/S1水平椎间盘Pfirrmann分级及测量其相应水平双侧竖脊肌、多裂肌及腰大肌脂肪含量。分析椎旁肌脂肪含量与椎间盘退变及年龄的相关性。结果竖脊肌、多裂肌及腰大肌脂肪分数与年龄有相关性(均P=0.00);不同Pfirrmann分级的竖脊肌、多裂肌及腰大肌脂肪含量有统计学差异(均P=0.00);控制年龄因素后,双侧竖脊肌脂肪含量与腰椎间盘Pfirrmann分级有相关性(左侧r=0.15,P=0.01;右侧r=0.13,P=0.02);双侧多裂肌脂肪含量与腰椎间盘Pfirrmann分级有相关性(左侧r=0.15,P=0.01,右侧r=0.14,P=0.01);双侧腰大肌脂肪含量与腰椎间盘Pfirrmann分级无相关性(左侧r=0.07,P=0.25,右侧r=0.03,P=0.54)。结论竖脊肌、多裂肌及腰大肌脂肪浸润程度随着年龄增大而增加;竖脊肌、多裂肌脂肪浸润程度与腰椎间盘退变程度有相关性,但相关并不密切;腰大肌脂肪浸润程度与腰椎间盘退变程度无相关性。
