摘要
静息态fMRI(resting-state fMRI)研究的是大脑在静息状态时的自发活动,近年来发展迅速,已成为脑功能成像研究的常用工具。老年痴呆症、癫痫、精神分裂症以及注意缺陷多动综合征等疾病是静息态fMRI近几年研究的热点。本文综述了静息态fMRI的原理及其计算和分析方法,并评估了静息态fMRI在临床疾病研究方面的应用价值。
