慢性乙型肝炎患者血清瘦素水平与抗病毒治疗应答的相关性

摘要：

目的探讨血清瘦素水平与慢性乙型肝炎(慢乙肝)患者抗病毒治疗持续病毒学应答(sustained virologicalresponse,SVR)及不良反应的相关性。方法入组患者均为轻、中度慢乙肝,研究组42例,两对照组为服用核苷(酸)类药物的患者(26例)、健康者(20例)。各组性别、年龄、身高等无统计学差异(P>0.05),具可比性。结果慢乙肝患者血清瘦素水平比健康人群高;研究组患者血清瘦素在治疗12、24周时显著低于基线水平,停药后渐回升;患者基线血清瘦素水平越低SVR率越高(P<0.01);研究组患者血清瘦素水平与体质量变化明显相关(r=0.996、P=0.004)。结论慢乙肝患者基线血清瘦素水平与抗病毒治疗的SVR相关,是SVR的预测因子之一。α-干扰素治疗过程中血清瘦素水平与体质量变化有明显相关性。
