B超引导下多弹头射频治疗肝癌100例

摘要：

目的　总结多弹头射频治疗肝癌的近期疗效、适应证与并发症。　方法　对 10 0例肝癌患者行 12 0次射频治疗 ,通过治疗前后肿瘤大小的比较 ,患者自觉症状的改善情况和AFP值改变进行对此观察。　结果　 10 0例于治疗后 10d ,30例于治疗后 30d ,10例于治疗后 6 0d ,进行了彩色B超及CT复查 ,10d后 70 %患者肿瘤体积缩小在 2 0 %以上 ,30d后 80 %患者肿瘤体积缩小在 30 %以上 ,部分瘤体钙化或呈均质低密度区。 6 0d后 3例患者肿瘤体积缩小在 5 0 %以上。与术前相比全部瘤体内血供消失。 80 %患者自觉症状改善、其AFP值下降者占 5 0 % ,无手术死亡 ,术后并发症为 2 3%。　结论　B超引导下多弹头射频治疗中晚期肝癌效果确切而满意
