<正>正常肝脏的血流量为800～1 200 ml/min,肝脏接受血量约为心输出量的25%,其中门静脉供血约占75%,肝动脉约占25%。肝脏所需氧量动脉供给占50%以上,但肝脏会根据需要进行相应调整。原发性肝癌（肝癌）往往会引起肝脏双重供血及肝静脉回流异常,导致肝脏血流动力学改变,包括肝动脉和门静脉局部血管重构及其血流流场变化[1]。肝脏血流动力学改变对肿瘤的发展和恶化又会起到重要的影响作用。二者相互作用影响肝癌的发
