介绍了木聚糖酶的产生、性质和应用。合适的诱导底物是有效产生木聚糖酶的关键因素。微生物木聚糖酶分子量在 8~ 145kDa ,在比较广泛的pH范围 (3~ 10 )内是稳定的。在造纸、饲料、食品和酿酒行业有潜在的广泛用途
