摘要：

The paper analyzes the necessity and significance of holding management consultations for implementing Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)in enterprises,details the main contents of management consultations,points out the requirement for the people engaged in management consultations and the criteria which should be abided by during the consulting process,discusses the problems in management consultations in China,and gives some measures as to how to improve management consultations.
