本科院校推进混合教学改革的影响因素研究——基于福州大学的案例研究

摘要
混合学习比单纯的在线学习和课堂教学更具有效性,但在实践中却遭遇困境。该文通过跟踪与分析福州大学在2007-2016年间实施混合教学的过程,探讨本科院校实施混合教学改革的主要影响因素。结果表明:教师培训和激励政策是影响院校实施混合教学改革的关键要素,学校对网络基础设施及相关软件的建设是保障条件。混合教学改革不能进行炒作,需要建立明确的目标和顶层设计,学校加强对外合作可以避免盲目发展和低水平重复。
