大学生基本能力和卡特尔人格特质与学业成绩的相关性

摘要：

目的从认知能力和人格特质两方面探讨影响大学生学业成绩的心理因素。方法采用九项基本能力测试以及卡特尔16种个性因素测验(16PF),对入校3个月的大学生进行测量分析。结果加法计算、找特殊图形、选词配对、比较刻度数值和填写数据五项基本能力测试与学业成绩显著相关(r=0.10~0.27,P<0.05或P<0.01);16PF中人格因素能解释数学成绩中12%的变异,能解释语文成绩中9%的变异,能解释总分成绩中12%的变异;而且在控制因素B后,各学科的预测效度没有变化。结论认知能力和人格因素对学业成绩均有显著的预测力,且这两者不存在交互作用。
