摘要：

本文对灾难以及灾难发生、演变、预防和减灾方面的文化要素进行了述评。以人类学的研究视角阐述了文化和灾难的概念和性质,揭示了不同的文化因素在灾难发生中的重要作用。文章认为不同的文化因素,如风险、危险、时间、空间、人口居住密度、社会阶层、性别、年龄、职业、社区、宗教、环境适应、故土恋等和灾难发生的脆弱性紧密相关,是减灾备灾的重要因素。文章最后说明了影响文化变化的因素。
