网络科技信息情报价值评价方法综述

摘要
利用网络科技信息支持科技动态监测和战略决策分析日益成为情报机构的一项重要工作,但面对良莠不齐的海量网络科技信息,如何快速而准确地发现高价值情报的信息资源,则是一个亟待解决的重要问题。本文对国内外网络科技信息情报价值评价指标和评价方法进行系统地归纳、梳理,根据各自技术特点将其分为以信息计量学为基础的评价方法、个性化信息检索中的评价方法以及信息过滤中的评价方法,对各个方法的相关研究进行了综述,对各自的优缺点进行了对比和分析。
