临床心脏病学在2014年有了重大改变,尤其是在高血压、心力衰竭、冠心病、降脂治疗及心律失常等方面发表了一系列指南。本文就高血压的控制目标、心力衰竭的药物治疗、冠心病的药物治疗、降脂治疗目标及心律失常的器械治疗进行概述。
